Step by Step about Donation Information

1. Mail us for Information & to Register with us

Mail us our donor helpline at : donor@newlifehosp.com. After mailing to us, you will soon receive a reply over your email with more details regarding donation procedure along with the Name and Email ID of the Doctor to whom your case is referred.

2. Mail to the Doctor allocated to you & Fill up the Registration Form

Aspiring Donor will now have to mail to the allocated Doctor. Doctor will mail you the relevant details and will ask any question as deemed necessary by him, he will also mail you the link to registration page where you will have to enter all your details as required along with your account details in which you want to receive your first installment of advance.

3. Enrollment at the Hospital's Finance Department

After submitting your details on registration page, doctor will examine your eligibility on the basis of your details and availability of patient requiring transplantation. If you are found to be eligible he will generate a temporary enrollment number for you and will mail it to you. This whole process of examining the eligibility will take about maximum an hour. Thereafter, you will have to mail to our hospital's finance department with the temporary enrollment number. Finance department will mail you the invoice bill of the enrollment fee and payment link. You have to pay the enrollment fee to complete your enrollment.

4. Donor’s Agreement

After the enrollment you(now "you" will be called as the "Donor") will receive your agreement within 1 hour through email. Donor has to make a print out of the Donor’s Agreement and read it carefully and sign on it and mail it back to the finance department by scanning the signed agreement along with the ID, Address Proof. You could sign the agreement online also through the link which will be sent to you along with the agreement. After sending the signed copy of the agreement you will be treated as Fully Enrolled.

5. Payment of Advance First Installment

First Installment payment will be made within 4 hours in case of Urgent mode donor otherwise in few days in case of Normal mode donor towards the bank account of the donor.

6. Payment of Second Installment

Second Installment payment will be made within 7-14 days of enrollment towards the bank account of donor as per our terms and conditions mentioned in the Donor’s Agreement.

7. Getting the appointment for the operation

Donor will get appointment letter for the operation after confirming that they have received the second installment. Date of appointment will be selected as per the availability schedule of the doctor.

8. Coming to hospital for operation

Our team will be in your contact in the whole journey and we will receive you from the arrival airport or railway station or bus stop.

9. Filling admission & consent form; Payment of third installment

After coming to hospital donor need to fill up the admission form and sign on consent form then donor will be admitted in the selected room, for rooms details please see “Types of Rooms and Services” section in the donor manual.

10. Admission and Test

Donor will be admitted and tests will be done on the same day. Attendant could also reside in the room.

11. Operation; Shifting to ICU; Shifting to Room

If vitals comes out to be normal then operation will be done on the next day else on third day after normalising the vitals under observation of relevant doctors.

Before taking to the operation theatre the third installment will be paid in the bank account of the donor.

Donor will be transferred to the ICU for 24 hours after operation.

Donor will be shifted to the donor’s admitted room after 24 hours, till operation and ICU period donor’s attendant could reside in that room.

12. Discharge and Follow up

Donor will be discharged after two days keeping in the room under observation, donor will need to come back after 4 weeks for follow up and few tests to ensure normal functioning of body, this will be totally free for the donor.
